Vedic Psychology is a part of Ayurveda, which deals with mind and emotions. Our remedies will help you to bring harmony and wisdom to your life through deep knowledge from Vedanta and Samkhya, the main philosophies of Vedas.
Ayurvedic Yoga is a part of the science of life, where we concentrate on therapeutic asanas or asanas for your individual type, pranayam or breathing techniques particularly for you, mantra therapy and meditation.
